Human Performance & Rehabilitation provides functional wellness services to mitigate pain and improve performance. We empower clients through a science-based, multi-discipline approach including chiropractic, Z-Health, Active Release Techniques, strength & conditioning, and performance training using both virtual and in office visits. We use the latest neurological principles applied to manual therapies, therapeutic exercise and performance training to mitigate pain and improve movement skills, fitness, and sports performance. Our difference is how we empower clients to first understand the root of their issue, not just the symptoms, and then learn the skills to fix themselves and continue life-long functional wellness.
